- Per Mary Jane PIPES Frank: According to Tanya Londa, Jimmie Dale Pipes died in an auto accident at Fond-Du-Lac, Wisconsin while stationed at Camp McCoy. Jimmy Dale Pipes, 21, of Trinity, was killed in an automobile accident when the car in which he was riding collided during a heavy rain at Fond-du-Lac, Wis., near Camp McCoy, where he was stationed. Military services were held at the graveside at the New Zion Cemetery. Rev. J.H. Malone officiated. Pipes is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Pipes; six sisters, Mrs. Nellie David, Mrs. Evoyne Gates, Miss Robbie Bell Stovall, and Weeda Faye Pipes, Trinity; Mrs. Pauline Dunaway and Miss Opal Stovall, Houston; two brothers, Lonnie and Wreyford Pipes, Trinity.
