What are your thoughts on “Magic” in general? What do you believe that it is? Do you believe in it at all? Do you consider it a form of prayer? Do you practice it?

When one brings about a change in any condition by ritual means, magic has been worked. In order to bring about a change, all of the circumstances surrounding the condition must be known.

Magic may be used for good or ill, as the power can work for either purpose, but the Witch must bide the issue – three times the good or ill. Never forget this.

Magic is easily the most misunderstood concept in the Craft, especially for those who have never worked with others. It is not prayer, in and of itself, although prayer may be a part of it.

I’ve been practicing magic for the majority of my life; I have hopes that someday I’ll get it right. 🙂
