I’ve just gone through many pages of registered “subscribers” for the blog. Everyone of them appears to be a fake email address, hoping to get a toe under the lines, in order to exploit the site and who knows what.

I’m saddened by this, but I have deleted all of those names/accounts; I don’t need the hassles of being reported as a safe spam-bot site.

So in the off chance that someone may have been an actual person, and is no longer a registered user, send me an email at ashareem (at) lookingbackwards (dot) net, with a working email address, and I can add you back as a subscriber to the site. Include the subject line “Ashes to Ashes subscriber request”, or else it will wind up in the spam folder and never be seen by human eyes.

Other than that, there is no longer any way to subscribe to the blog, at least until I find a usable plugin that will verify email addresses.
